Business Analyst - Change - Financial Services - Regulation

The Role

The successful Business Analyst will be required to undertake all analysis work required by projects including requirements gathering, functional specification creation, process mapping, data analysis and co-ordination of user testing.

The Candidate

  • Have strong business analysis (BA) experience, ideally within a Financial Services sector
  • Ideally have experience of working within an FCA regulated environment
  • Hold a good working knowledge of BA tools and techniques
  • Understand and have experience of the full project and business analysis life cycle
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Senior Management
  • Be able to deliver effective presentations, and facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills, accompanied with the ability to comfortably multitask
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Visio ideally)
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects
  • Thrive in a fast paced working environment
  • Have an enthusiastic approach to projects and moving the business forward
  • Be able to think creative, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Have an ISEB professional certification, this would be an advantage
