Software Architect & Developer SOA (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Develop the transition plan based on the client's analysis and strategy
- Present the transition plan and get it approved from the management team
- Improve connections between applications and interfaces
- Development work towards the implementation of Service-Oriented Architecture for around 50 different applications
- Lead the standardisation of SW development to simplify application development, manipulation, and debugging
- Give SOA training to developers
Your qualifications
- University Degree in engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Service-oriented mindset
- Solid experience in Java and C++ development
- Past experience in the development and standardisation of real-time applications and interfaces
- Experience in development of applications based on continuous production/flow
- Analytical and pragmatic approach
- Ability to convey messages diplomatically but firmly
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and provide the best SW architecture based on current resources and real benefits
- Team-player with good adaptability skills
- Passionate about software development
- Fluent in English, good French. German a plus
- Mobility to work up to 2 days a week in Zurich
