The company:
My client is a top-tier payments company processing millions of payments per day and employing some of the best people in the business. They are seeking a Training Course Designer to develop courses for incoming new hires. These courses will be rolled out across the business to bring new employees up to speed with company culture and the skills they need to excel in their jobs.
The role:
- You will design exciting learning programs for new hires, incorporating company culture with technical knowledge, customer service, soft skills, and sales.
- You will use your experience of instructor led training to blend learning models and pedagogical methods to develop a course that can be consistently delivered to adult learners using a variety of teaching method.
You have:
- A background in psychology or a related field.
- Experience in teaching or training delivery.
- An industry teaching qualification (FETAC Level 7 or above)
- Experience with SharePoint or other learning management system.
- Customer service experience.
- A background in academia is helpful, as is experience in project management or experience leading a team of trainers.
