Information Developer/Technical Communicator

Department

The Documentation and Translation department is responsible for the development of information and documentation for the latest products (hardware, software and services). The department consists of an international group of professional technical communicators located on multiple sites. The department is constantly seeking for advanced and innovative ways to develop documentation.
The broad range encompasses manuals, online helps, launch kits, user interface strings and quick reference cards.
In order to be successful the participation in multi disciplinary teams is required and constant communication with stakeholders is needed.

Your main task and responsibilities are:

- Manage projects and communicate and agree on the creation process of the project deliverables with the stakeholders
- Collect required information from the stakeholders, analyze complex technical information and develop clearly structured, easily translatable information through an iterative and intuitive process of creation, review and revision with experts and stakeholders
- Initiate and coordinate the translation and validation process for the correct, timely and cost efficient translation of the project deliverables.

Who are we looking for?

Required

- Bachelor or Master degree
- Profound know-how in (Technical) Communication
- Education in linguistics or electronic/software engineering
- Professional Skills
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- English on professional level

2-3 years of relevant work experience
