Senior Telecom Service Expert (ACP)
Overview:
My telecommunication client is looking for a Senior Telecom Service Expert (ACP) to join their growing team. The Senior Telecom Service Expert (ACP) will be involved in wireless network planning and optimization. The Senior Telecom Service Expert (ACP) must have a good understanding of Automatic RF parameter planning technology, as this is the Kernel of the SON CCO technology.
Role and Responsibilities:
*Guide and direct key technological trends of automatic RF planning and optimization.
*High performance RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity.
*High performance coverage prediction algorithm designing.
*Discuss with customers on business requirements and present to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
*Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience.
*15+ years' industry experience, with at least 8+ years of R&D working experience in wireless network planning and optimization, network planning and optimization tools designing.
*In-depth knowledge of the algorithm design of network planning, simulation, propagation model, coverage predication, etc.
*Experience of software developing with one of the following languages: C/C++, Matlab, Java, C#.
*Worldwide short-term travel may be required.
