Responsibilities:
  • Gathers business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large-group/cross-functional sessions with customers.
  • Ensures that all related applications are consistent with the customer's business strategies.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to other teams
  • Analyzes change requests to determine feasibility in relation to existing business requirements, processes, and data models
  • Works with project leadership in determining design approach, estimating/planning, setting technical direction, enhancing business processes, and identifying required project resources.
  • Interfaces with business clients and vendor partners

Minimum Requirements for Position
  • The right candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and a love of using technology to solve business problems. They are fast learners, innovative, and enjoy working on international projects.
  • Must have Business Analysis experience (gathering requirements, creating technical and functional specs, etc.)
  • Need to have experience on global deployments.
  • Looking for someone with digital marketing background
  • Need to understand web technologies (ie. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Boiler Plate - just examples), but this person is not a coder.
  • Need to be familiar with how websites are developed.
  • Need to have experience with some sort of CMS.
  • Need to have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with "household name" companies
  • Should understand UX/UI principles and concepts.
  • 2-5 years of IT experience with a combination of analytical or project management skills
  • 1+ years digital marketing experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Requirements definition and management
  • Quality assurance management and testing experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
  • College degree required, preferably in technical discipline
Additional Skills:
  • Must have excellent communication skills, ability to self manage and prioritize. Have a customer first mentality.
