Financial Accounting Controller/Reporter
Looking for Dutch Graduate HBO/Bachelors with Financial/Accounting background
Purpose of the job
Translating the Business Unit financial model into an operationally feasible financial accounting methodology, internally and towards the 5 EMEA regions. This to achieve full, timely and accurate operational financial reporting from a local company and consolidated perspective.
Position within the organisation
Reports to the Manager of the Business Management & Control team. There are functional or operational reporting lines to other managers (of other Ericsson companies).
Key accountabilities
Strategy
- Think pro actively in possible improvements to the business as well as the operational model
- React proactively in changes of business requirements
Planning and realization
- Particiapte in plan-do-check-act (Deming circle)
- Budget reporting forecasting
- Realize the company strategy, business plans and unit goals
Business management
- Interaction with & support of all disciplines within HWSD
- Interaction & cooperation with all the Regions
- Understand the impact of new business requirements on the operation and translate into internal financial requirements to ensure full, timely and accurate operational financial reporting
- Steer towards realization of the budgetary and operational targets
Financial control
- Work instructions and process documentation are in place and up to date.
- Ensure adequate management accounting, reporting and monitoring of the realization of the business plan and trigger corrective actions if necessary.
- Translate Ericsson Accounting Directives into operational ways of working
Relationship building
- Enforce networking and co-operation, between different organizational units Ericsson world-wide, to realize a 'One company approach".

Qualification
Education, Business Economics on HBO-level or higher (Bachelor Degree)
