Position Requirements:
The Industrial Electrical Technician reports to the Maintenance Front Line Leader. This position is directly responsible for the safe execution of preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and overall electrical & controls reliability of manufacturing equipment and building facilities. This position is required to collaborate with all departments to instill an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture.

Responsibilities:
Conduct All Maintenance Activity with safety first in mind
Partners with Manufacturing Front Line Leaders to drive superior line performance
Accountable for Line Performance KPIs - Theoretical Maximum, Global Efficiency (OEE) and Breakage & Refuse
Responsible for Production Equipment Preventative Maintenance, Planned & Emergency Repairs, Routine Running Inspections
Provide Technical Assistance to Operations as Requested
Actively Participate in Group Meetings Such as Safety & Productivity
Compliance with All Regulations Including Safety, GMPs, and Food Safety Requirements
Adhere to Arc Flash safety regulations
Accurately charges all hours worked in SAP system
Generates notifications & emergency repair orders in SAP
Confirms (Closes) all completed work orders in SAP
Assist in new hire orientation & training on production equipment
Monitor overall machine performance & provide improvement recommendations
Responsible for shift to shift communication through Front Line Leader
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:
1 Year Technical Training and/or 2 Years' Experience as an Industrial Electrical Technician
3 - 5 Years Manufacturing Experience
Ability to Read and Comprehend Electrical Schematics
Knowledge of Electrical Test Equipment Such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Signal Generators, etc
Ability to Troubleshoot Machinery Utilizing Test Equipment, PLC Software, Motor Controls such as A/C Drives & Servo Applications
Process Control Experience a plus
Previous Experience with Allen Bradley Software such as RS Logics, PLC 5, Control Logics 5000, etc
Previous LOTO (Lock out-Tag out) Training/Certification
Ability to Read, Write and Communicate the English Language
Advanced Computer Literacy - SAP experience a plus
Supply Basic Hand Tools
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in high speed packaging and processing plant such as bakery.
Available to Work All 3 Shifts and Required Overtime (24/7 Operation)
Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs on a Regular Basis
