Description

Brief: To manage Ireland based activity to complete the transition of services from current suppliers to Vodafone and to work with local stakeholders, the UK programme and Vodafone Ireland to deliver transformed network and unified communications services to the Ireland business units.

Key responsibilities:

*Work with Vodafone Ireland, Aviva Ireland and the UK transformation team to agree delivery plans for Ireland
*Agree Aviva Ireland deliverables to support the Vodafone plan and deliver these dependencies in accordance with that plan
*Secure, lead and manage Ireland based resources to complete activity in accordance with the plan
*Represent the Ireland business unit, resolving issues, driving change requests and ensuring that Vodafone solutions meet the needs of the Ireland business unit
*Work closely with UK team to ensure smooth delivery of single UK & Ireland solution into Ireland and resolution of issues and change requests
*Perform business analysis where required to support the UK project team and Ireland business unit to drive out detailed business implications, provide required data to Vodafone and the UK team and ensure fit to Ireland processes
*Provide progress communications to the UK team and within Ireland business unit - through Sean Bellamy
*Drive local based training, testing and implementation activity in line with overall transformation plan being driven by the UK transformation project team

Scope areas:

*Implementation of Managed Agency with local Ireland suppliers (billing, service management processes)
*Transition of services (Data and Voice) from local suppliers
*Implementation of transformed Networks, Gateways, Contact Centres and new telephony platform and Lync functionality - based on the solutions being developed by the main UK project
*Implementation support for newly transformed Service Management processes
*Ireland based testing, training and implementation support
