Area Sales Manager
Due to a nationwide expansion we are looking to recruit ambitious and energetic people who have the drive to lead a team of Field Sales Executives as Area Sales Manager within our company. Be ready for a fast paced environment with excitement & something new around every corner. We provide full product training so experience in our field is not necessary. We will recruit & assist you to build & manage a team of Field Sales Executives to acquire new customers and drive our business forward in your area.
Progression is expected quickly for applicants who show enthusiasm, motivation, tenacity and most importantly achieve results as we are moving to new regions of the UK.
The Candidate
- Successful candidates need to be ambitious and hardworking; enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills are key, and you must be a good team player.
- The ideal candidate will be someone that enjoys a fast paced environment and is target and money motivated.
- The position involves you & your team to visit potential clients at their premises to outline the company's services and range of benefits, in particular underlining the immense savings on offer to them.
- You will be managing and motivating a team of 3-5 sales agents.
- As stated above the successful candidate will receive fantastic training, limitless progression opportunities and regular company incentives.
