.Net Solution Architect - Manila
We have a new and urgent role for one of our clients who are a large software company. They are seeking experienced .NET Architects to join their team. Working in a challenging, yet rewarding environment, you will be driving forward the design, development, and implementation of customer focused products.
They will completely arrange all the details including flights, accommodation, Airport picks and Visas if needed
You will lead technical design sessions with development teams covering all aspects of delivering high quality products to our customers as well as proactively applying research with regards to development and prototyping and involvement in vendor evaluations.
Skills required:
*Object Orientated development languages/practices
*.Net (c#) software development, ideally at the architecture level..A background in gaming would be preferred, but we would love to hear from people who have worked in the banking or financial services industries.
*A proven track record of delivering quality solutions with a robust technical design for the enterprise.
*An understanding of continuous integration/delivery.
*Exposure to BPM solutions, such as WebMethods/Tibco etc.
*Experience with application load and performance tuning
*Exposure to virtualization under VMWare and its suite of products, experience with other virtualization products will be beneficial.
*An expert understanding of the Visual Studio suite of tools, TFS etc.
*Designing products that focus on SOA, SaaS. If you also have experience working with Software Defined Networks, then even better!
*Working with TCP/IP, load balancing technologies and other networking fundamentals
*An understanding of Windows Server 2012 and IIS. Experience with Linux will also be beneficial.
*The fundamentals of Active Directory will also be useful.
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
*Exposure to the Red Gate suite of tools, such as SQL Tool Belt.
*A competent knowledge of SQL Server so that you can communicate on a technical level with the DBA team. Oracle experience will be an even bigger plus.
*An understanding of solutions delivery and how the products you will be driving forward will be built, deployed and tested.
*Any experience within Application Lifecycle Methodologies (ALM) will be beneficial.
*Usage of Enterprise Architect and other industry standard tools for modelling new functionality, design etc.
