Main skill/s required SQL and SQL Troubleshooting, Scripting - PowerShell preferred. SharePoint.

Years' of experience required (3-5+ years)

Candidate to come from L2/L3 support in a large organisation. Focus on Technical ability but also must have excellent customer focus and a track record in providing quality service. Moving into DevOps roles so Development experience a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in various Microsoft technologies:

Windows Server (WS 2008 preferred)

SQL Server
Active Directory
Windows NLB cluster management + Windows Cluster Management
Networking
Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required.
Must have a degree, in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Job description:

Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support.

Responsibilities to provide advanced technical support to developers, testers, PMs and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues, provide support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
Adhering to services support SLAs and processes.

Long contract (1 year rolling) in a superb environment.
