My client, in the Telecoms industry, is looking for a HR Business Process Analyst, for a 6 month contract role.

Overview

This role requires an experienced business analyst to take part in a major telecommunications BPR program as part of the program office. A blend of business and technical skills will be essential to work in this fast moving strategic delivery, along with an ability to ramp-up quickly and take ownership of key elements of this work.

Predominantly the successful candidate

- Business readiness workstream: to ensure that all requirements of the commercial departments needed to ensure that they can adopt the new systems are captured and processed through the internal technical and non-technical delivery processes.

- Customer journey: to assist with the design and implementation of the end-to-end customer journeys. Identifying gaps or new requirements to allow a seamless subscriber experience.

- Change management: As elements of the commercial business will require internal process redesign to accommodate the new system, the BA will be required to review the existing processes and re-design with key stakeholders.

Key accountabilities

Reporting to the Programme Director your key accountabilities will include:

- Defining business requirements

- Process mapping

- Documentation (business requirements documentation, functional specification, process libraries)

- Report analysis

- Test case documentation and co-ordination in Commercial UAT

As an ideal candidate you will have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years strong Business Analyst skills

- Experience working in both technology and commercial environments ideally in a telecommunications or banking environment

- Experience in a major HR software implementation program would be a distinct advantage.

- Flexibility and a willingness to tackle complicated organisational requirements
