Description
We are currently searching for a Sr. Software Engineer for a challenging project in Amsterdam, The Netherlands for 6 months + extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client. You will work on a large transition of the platform to SaaS (Software as a Service)
Responsibilities:
Supporting the development of tuning an existing Java based platform into a Saas.
Solving scaling problems
Refactor/rewrite existing systems to make them scale better
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
7+ years experience with 3 or more programming languages; Go, Java, Python and/or Bash
Master in Computer Science or equivelant
Working experience in several teams on large projects
Understand cost and benefit of data structures
