Ab Initio, ETL Developer, Teradata, Oracle, Dublin, Contract
Vantage Resources require an Ab Initio developer for a client of ours in the financial services sector based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- You will be working within a high performance team of developers, across all phases of the software development life cycle, delivering high quality integration and ETL solutions to a variety of business users.
- Responsibilities will include investigating requirements, producing specifications, designing, building and testing and implementing Ab Initio projects. You will be a resourceful self-starter who requires little supervision to complete allocated tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Ab Initio 3.0
- Unix Shell Scripting (Solaris platform)
- Oracle experience
- Teradata SQL exposure
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- ETL/DW methodologies
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase, SAP and IBM OS/390
- Expertise of software development life cycle
