Fixed Income Credit research - Investments

Work jointly with the global Fixed Income team.

Support the team during the process of implementation of new Credit operating model.

Manage UK and US Fixed Income Credit Issuer/Issues list, adhering to the governance structure.

Required to lead the engagement and distribution of UK and US Fixed Income views globally, to Private Bankers and Portfolio Managers. Responding to queries

  • Responsible for the coordination, distribution, and maintenance of primarily UK and US Fixed Income Credit research recommendations leveraging the capabilities of S&P(Standard&Pause) and CreditSites, our independent third party Fixed Income research providers.
  • The key component of this role is to take ownership of communication of Fixed Income recommendations and ongoing support to Portfolio Managers, Investment Consultants and Private Bankers, locally as well as support the effort in communicating to the Coutts team globally.
  • The primary focus will be corporate debt issuers. This role will work jointly with the Global Fixed Income team, to input on Fixed Income strategy and sectors and determine issue/security selection within the Fixed Income universes.
  • List of issuers and securities - monitor with regards to news flow and rating changes
  • Promote list to private bankers and portfolio managers to recommend to clients
  • Respond to queries and names from the private bankers and portfolio managers
  • Part of a global Fixed Income team- each team has responsible for their own part of the world
  • Work in the team to focus on list of UK& US Fixed Income and monitor accordingly
  • Manage Stakeholders accordingly
  • Provide views on Fixed Income Assets for team meetings
