Business Analyst/Technical Writer

Baseline security clearance is a minimum requirement. This is an initial 3 month contract engagement with extensions for the right resource.

Start Date: ASAP/Immediate

The purpose of this role is to analyse and document service management processes to a number of key projects, predominantly in the federal government sector. This is crucial role within a very proactive team. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are an essential requirement.

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst to complete the following:

Identify and document requirements

Perform gap analyses

Prepare functional specification

Prepare technical and procedural documentation for both internal and external Stakeholders

Support the test function

Support and drive the implementation analysis and process.

The Business Analyst (Tech Write) will report to the Project Manager and will be required to work on multiple project deliverables and will require the skills to manage and prioritise tasks across the delivery life cycle.
