For one our International customers we are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader Customer service (M/V)
This customer is a worldleader in the construction branche, situated in the Middle of Limburg.
Job content:
Manages the Order Processing Team (15 p), including HR related tasks (coaching, evaluating, training new employees).
Takes initiatives to improve Order To Cash process.
Represents the Order Processing Team to the sales organisations in order to succeed in reaching the various commericial objectives.
Represents the Order Processing Team to other internal departments in order to optimize the business process. Has strong link with OP&C regarding logistical issues and PM&Q with regard to General Product releases / processes and Quality Issues.
SAP R/3 Key user (Sales and Distribution)
Represents the Order Processing team in Infrastructure Projects.
Develops and maintains management information (KPI) for the Order to Cash Order Proces and uses this information to steer the OP team.
