Description
Our client is a large IT consulting organisation recruiting for SAP CRM consultants to work on Government Project across Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane.
The Roles:
CRM Functional
- Consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP CRM expertise to effectively integrate SAP CRM into the client's business environment
- At least 5yrs functional experience with SAP CRM
- CRM configuration experience including Service Tickets, Service Requests
- SAP CRM Web UI
- Experience with CRM Appointments, CRM Middleware
- Exposure to SAP PI integration with backend legacy systems
- Experience with Web services
- Experience testing and troubleshooting in SAP CRM
- Exposure to Rapid Applications Development
- At least two full cycle implementations
CRM Technical
- Minimum 4 years of experience on SAP CRM
- Strong understanding of BOL Concepts
- Strong understanding of GENIL Concepts
- CRM WEB UI 7.0
- Basic knowledge in CRM Concepts( BP, Service )
- Creation of Rapid application
- Knowledge on Web service and Proxy
SAP CRM Testing
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years testing experience in SAP CRM areas
- Experience in Quality center
- Develop test cases
- Load and execute test cases using issues management software and produce reports to enable issue prioritization (using ALM, HP Quality Centre)
- The role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP expertise
- Exposure to business transformation projects will be an added advantage
