Business Analyst - Change Business Analyst required by a leading Investment Bank working in business management for Group Technology COO and related processes.
This Business Analyst role will consist of review, consolidation, documentations and processing of business management data across various supporting tools.
Review procedures and provide feedback proposals for change or enhancement of Procedures. This role is associated to the Group Technology COO Office. Candidate needs to be a self starter with get things done attitude.
The Group Technology COO designs, develops, and manages the key management processes for Group Technology. The COO office directly supports the Group CIO and manages processes across all divisions within Group Technology, working primarily with Stream IT Heads and enabling functions such as Finance. Among the key functions within COO are IT Strategy, Investment Governance/Portfolio Management, Financial Planning, MIS & Analytics.
Key Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Business Management activities such as analysing, evaluating and consolidating various data inputs to consolidated and homogenous formats.
- Tracking of processed requests along the predefined processes in systems and tools supporting the business management processes
- Follow Up and investigation in case of exceptions
- Documenting as is processes and providing guidance or training
- Supporting IT Streams in following the predefined processes and procedures as well as providing feedback on status of processed data
Key Business Analyst Deliverables:
- High Quality deliverables such as creation of:
- Consolidated documents and spread sheets
- Senior management presentations
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
- Creation of Process Documentation and Training Materials
