Technisch Applicatie Meheerder
- Het inrichten en beheren van geautomatiseerde omgevingen, volgens afgesproken service niveaus, zodat continuïteit en beschikbaarheid optimaal gewaarborgd wordt.
- zorgt voor optimaal beheer en beschikbaarheid, met name gericht op tactisch niveau, van applicaties. Het accent ligt op technisch applicatiebeheer op uitvoerend niveau
- Is in staat een gegeven technische infrastructuur te beoordelen op zijn capaciteit en geschiktheid voor het draaien van een applicatie.
- Installeert en configureert niet generieke layered software zoals Oracle, Apache Tomcat, Microsoft SQL Server, Biztalk of Flower aan de hand van standaards en installatiehandleidingen.
- Installeert en configureert applicatie maatwerksoftware.
- Draagt zorg voor het inregelen van services zoals applicatie monitoring en database backup.
- Coördineert de uitrol van patches en wijzigingen.
- Neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen tussen collega-leveranciers, de klant en -interne leveranciers.
- Heeft aantoonbaar ervaring met applicatiebeheer bij een vergelijkbaar grote klant zoals UWV, dus met grote aantallen gebruikers, en landelijke spreiding van kantoren en afdelingen.
- Regelt overdracht van de applicatie, nadat deze op tactisch niveau is ingericht, naar de beheerorganisatie.
- Voert zelfstandig de coördinatie-, samenwerking- en overleg met de klant en andere betrokken partijen, de uitrol van voorgenomen patches en risicovolle wijzigingen die gevolgen kunnen hebben voor de prestaties en beschikbaarheid van de applicatie.
- Stelt exploitatiehandleidingen en technische documentatie op, en/of is in staat deze inhoudelijk te beoordelen.
- Voert technische analyses uit en lost complexe storingen op ten aanzien van de beschikbaarheid van de applicatie.
- Stemt de technische mogelijkheden af tegen de andere processen binnen de organisatie
- Geeft onder verantwoordelijkheid van de projectleider leiding aan technische projecten conform de gangbare methodieken.
Technical Application Manager
- Setting up and managing automated environments, according to agreed service levels, so that continuity and availability is fully guaranteed .
- Ensures optimum availability and management, focused on tactical level applications. The emphasis is on technical application at executive level
- Is able to assess his/her ability and suitability for running an application a given technical infrastructure .
- Installs and configures non generic layered software such as Oracle, Apache Tomcat, Microsoft SQL Server, Biztalk or Flower on the basis of standards and installation manuals .
- Installs and configures custom software application .
- Is responsible for the commissioning of services such as application monitoring, and database backup .
- Coordinates the deployment of patches and modifications .
- Participates in multidisciplinary meetings between fellow vendors, customers and internal suppliers .
- Have proven experience with application in a similar large customers like UWV, so with large numbers of users, and national coverage of offices and departments .
- Regulates transfer of the application after it is furnished, to the management organization at the tactical level .
- Performs self - coordination, cooperation and consultation with the client and other stakeholders, the proposed deployment of patches and risky changes that could affect the performance and availability of the application effects .
- Allows operation manuals and technical documentation, and/or is able to judge this content .
- Performs technical analyzes and solves complex faults regarding the availability of the application .
- Does the technical capabilities against the other processes within the organization
- Gives the responsibility of the project manager in charge of engineering projects in accordance with the current methods .
