Description
This role is responsible for leading the delivery project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
The successful candidate has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, planning and delivery in line with the project requirements (defined by the PM). This includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
The TPM is responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors and global delivery location (India via India TPM), and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the PM They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client. The TPM role will report to the DPS organization and will be assigned to the Project Management PRINCE or PMI
Proven ability to lead technical teams, in a complex, multinational and cultural environment.
ITIL certified
Solid knowledge of IT concepts, processes and technical environments
Preferable banking experience or equivalent experience working in large complex organizations.
Proven experience in managing IT projects as PM or TPM
Must have worked with and have knowledge of a variety of OS, MW and Storage environments
Technical background and/or experience in a technical team lead role
