Our government client is currently recruiting for a Test Defect Manager role based in Newcastle upon Tyne for 6 months initially.
This role will ensure test strategies are adhered to and that the correct prioritisation for defect rectification is allocated. Activity will be focused on ensuring the business risk is managed successfully, maintaining rectification focus on high risk areas and minimise impact on business operations compromising the provision of critical reporting metrics, on which senior management decisions are made. It will also enable the proactive management of suppliers.
Experience Required
TEST DEFECT MANAGER
Proven Defect Management/Defect Triage skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extensive experience of supplier management in a multi supplier delivery environment In depth knowledge of test processes and methodologies
Extensive Planning skills
Detailed experience of Report creation and management
