Job description:
Test manger is required for the large transformation program within finance sector.
One of the projects within the program has to establish the operational (ITIL) processes within the new organization. Therefore, all required processes need to be tested End to End (E2E). Used methodology within the project is the use cases methodology.
Use cases need to be defined and designed. Based on use cases, test cases need to be created and tested. The role of the test manager within transformation program is to take care of test activities.
Skills:
- Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts
- People skills, especially diplomacy skills
- Familiar with test planning, design, execution and management for complex project
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail against tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Use case methodology
- Experience with test cases
- Experience with defect test management
- Management of test schedules, test resources during test phase
- Ensure that the test plan is created and executed
- Financial services experience (desirable)
- English: mandatory
- Dutch: a plus
