Mortgage Finance Job Specification

Job Description:-

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Mortgage Finance team in Leeds.
The Mortgage Finance team is committed to delivering insightful forecasting and reporting, whilst maintaining strong financial control and managing a number of
key project deliverables.

You will:-
- Be part of a dynamic team responding to the needs of the business and senior stakeholders.
- Help Senior Management manage the demands on the team highlighting conflicting priorities.
- Work with teams across Finance and the Business to help mange priorities and add additional insight and analysis whilst maintaining financial control.
- Be able to present and communicate outputs to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

We are looking for:-
- Ideally someone who has previous experience in a Finance role with an understanding of financial modelling presentation of outputs.

- Intermediate/Advanced project management skills specifically:-
Process Mapping
Stakeholder Packs
Project Planning
Resource Planning
Cost benefit analysis

- A highly regarded member of teams previously worked in with the ability to hit the ground running and pick things up quickly, making an immediate impact on the team, delivering to short timelines.
- This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual to work in a dynamic finance team gaining a broad experience across Finance liaising with and getting exposure to a number of senior stakeholders.

Project Change:

Stress Test/BAU Support:
Key Accountability:-
Manage key stakeholders to ensure updates to the forums
Help manage the consolidation of month end and are received on time, in agreed formats, whilst working to forecast packs for Senior Management working to tight deadlines.
Act as a link between BAU and Project stakeholders to to present and communicate results to ensure effective communication of priorities and Management allocation of resource.
Attention to detail ability to spot errors and offer
Help drive forward (Non SME Lead) project workloads appropriate challenge.
Impacting FRAP, managing a number of competing priorities.
Ensure all outputs are accurate and delivered on time, whilst operating in a efficient and controlled
manner.
