Background:
My client is an international bank based in Brussels. The IT team at the bank is looking for a Jive expert. This is a technical (not functional) role, preferably with knowledge of Jive 7.
Tasks/Skills:
Technical workshop & Design:
a senior technical Jive (including knowledge about the integrations we are looking for) person on site, able to discuss and think with us to deliver the design documentation;
Integration into the banks' environment (application development, security, storage, monitoring, backup, failover, recovery, performance, archiving, DCS compliant) is key;
Testing & launch: we will need experience from a Jive technical consultant to define and automate and create a validation set for the implemented infrastructure (this will also be useful during weekend validations after swaps, launches) as well as how we best tackle migration issues.
Installation & configuration: helping out during the installation and configuration aspects. Share the little tricks. How to automate. Document the process to capture value.
Especially how to integrate Jive into existing tools (LN,Jabber, SP, etc.) how to setup a good monitoring;
Different tests (performance, NFR, integration): help in setting things up and draw conclusions, ...
Team Coaching: help in preparing the team to support & maintain the new Jive infrastructure, technical knowledge transfer/coaching;
Operational Readiness: identify & provide list of Standard Operating Procedure SOP, Governance, training material, automate services related to the new Jive infrastructure.
Launch - Post launch: support
Integrations with other tools: Cisco UC (Phone - Jabber - Webex), SharePoint, Lotus Notes (mail), Salesforce, etc.
