RNO Team Lead
Our client is a leading global provider of telecommunications solutions and now serves 45 of the top 50 telecom operators. They are looking for a "RNO Team Lead" to join their growing team on a 3 month rolling contract. This role will be based in Munich, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with exceptional skills in Radio Planning and optimisation.
As an RNO Team Lead you will be responsible for:
- Deliver network KPI & cluster acceptance after swap.
- Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
- Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
