Description
This role requires a motivated engineer who has the drive to work in a start-up environment. You must be capable of the development and qualification of instrumentation used for this company's proprietary products.This position includes being a technical liaison with outside vendors, development enhancements to their metrology tools, and resolving technical issues that may arise in manufacturing and field use.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Develop calibration methodologies and procedures that ensure proper calibration of meters
- Analytical troubleshooting of electronic components and circuit designs, especially to optical detection
- Utilize metrology tools (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, optical power meters, spectrum analyzers, and imaging systems, etc.)
