SAP BPC Consultant
eurpeople's customer, a global leading organisation is seeking an experienced SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) consultant to join their on going assignment in Colorado, USA.
The chosen candidate will be required to have proven experience within SAP BPC including previous experience of configuration, customisation, rollout and project life cycle implementations.
Job Description:
- A SAP BPC consultant with an in depth knowledge of BPC consolidations both Financial and Management
- Detailed knowledge of SAP Financials specifically General Ledger, Controlling, Assets Accounting and Treasury
- A qualified Finance professional with an in-depth knowledge of accounting practices and standards
- Needs to have completed a minimum of 3 full consolidation project life cycles using BPC
- Needs to have completed at least one full consolidation project life cycle for a multi-national organisation
- Needs to have completed at least one using BPC version 10 on the SAP BW NetWeaver platform
- Needs to be able to lead workshops with the internal finance team
- Needs to be able to articulate best practice approaches to consolidation solutions and challenge the business requirements where necessary
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BPC, wider SAP EPM knowledge would be a distinct advantage. ie FIM, PCM
- Needs to have an in-depth knowledge of consolidation practices and Business Rules such as inter-company matching and eliminations, Ownership and Monitoring and Controls
- A good knowledge of the BW platform in the area of data extraction and retraction
- Should have very good inter-personal skills
- Should have strong customer facing skills, customer handling skills, management skills and should be a good team player.
- Strong communicator, team worker, highly motivated and self-starter.
