-Previous Project Management roles within Sheltered Housing.
-Performance Management based.
-Good Team Leaders.
-Good Communication Skills.
-Good Technical Knowledge.
-Knowledge of older persons housing/services and its financing
-Experience of re-modelling/re-designation of older persons housing
-Skilled and experienced in putting together implementation plans and teams and option appraisals
-Experience of putting together stakeholder communication and engagement plans
-Strong project management skills-with evidence of working to time and to budget
-Strong awareness of best practice and benefits of telecare and telesupport
