We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Divisional Integrator (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Support the global HR Business Partner (HR BP) structure and work with a combination of two or three divisions where appropriate
  • Advise, in partnership with other Talent Acquisition product specialists, from a global perspective on franchise-wide recruitment & attraction tools, practices and bank standards as well as Executive Search and vendor selection whilst having an understanding of global divisional initiatives
  • Provide a global point of contact for market intelligence and reporting across and within specific Infra divisions
  • Coordinate global initiatives and projects within Talent Acquisition and across HR (e.g. including diversity and redeployment initiatives, career development models and competence & skills management) and engage in relevant projects where Talent Acquisition expertise and experience is required
  • Be a conduit for information between the business and Talent Acquisition and participate on global business and HR BP calls as necessary
  • Conduct actual recruiting for small number of select senior roles for assigned infrastructure division in order to ensure practical recruitment engagement and understanding of recruitment delivery process and practices.


Your qualifications
  • Broad and hands-on recruiting experience including recruiting for mid and senior-level roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and practices including ability to assess and adapt recruitment tools
  • Experience working in a matrix-organisation and with connecting the dots across HR products (e.g. Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, People Development)
  • Experience working in a cross-geographical talent attraction environment
  • Knowledge of diverse labor markets
  • Developed leadership skills
  • Change management, leadership development & consulting capabilities
  • Strong influencing & communication skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize key recruitment priorities and programs together with Regional Talent Acquisition and Business Partner Team and juggle multiple priorities

  • Ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence various stakeholder groups (within the business, HR and outside partners) to develop appropriate recruitment solutions
