Internal Communications Manager: Change Management: World Leading Oil and Gas Co.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to drive the delivery of Internal Communications for the Global Retail business including:

  • Written and video communications across the various communications channels
  • Support the Head of Communications with change communications
  • Drive change communications programme supporting the business' cultural change
  • Support other strategic internal communications projects as required
  • Work closely with the Global communications retail team to align internal and external messaging and content.
  • Support senior leaders in the planning and delivery of their messages and staff engagements

About You:

  • Skilled and with extensive experience in developing and delivering internal communications strategies for, and within, large corporations with multiple disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Highly experienced in managing large-scale internal communications campaigns and facilitating events/sessions.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • Preferably have a degree or advanced/masters' qualifications in communications-related disciplines, and about 5 years' experience in related discipline.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
