Training Developer
Job Mission
Set the standard, implement and continuously improve (technical and process related) training material needed within the Manufacturing department.
Job Description
- Setup, implement, standardize, monitor, support and continuously improve training materials needed to enable the primary process of Manufacturing
- Perform intake of new training requests with stakeholders
- Define planning for training development (from small project to complex new product introductions)
- Design solution to close knowledge gap
- Develop training material (self/manage others)
- Implement and control review cycle for training material
- Align with other sectors on training development (process and content)
Education
Bachelor + degree (eg engineering, pedagogics), background in technology.
Candidates with Master degree can also be offered (min. 5 years of experience).
Experience
Experience in similar position.
Preferred experience area's:
- Project management
- Training development
Required competences:
Personal skills
Goal-oriented, consultancy skills, influence without power, assertive, immune to stress, change management, freedom of thinking (creativity, out-of-the-box), pragmatic, organization/political sensitive, initiative. Good knowledge of English and Dutch language.
