People Change Support required for a well respected client based in Cheshire, the successful application will come from a People Change/HR background.

Job Purpose
* Planning and delivering small to medium people change delivery plans.

* Identify and understand the impact of change on people.

* Take people impacted on change through the end to end change journey.

* Provide clarity of the vision to the people impacted by the change.

* Work closely with the Business and HR Business Partner to shape and scope the people change activity into clear plans for delivery.

* To draw on additional delivery capability and expertise required to ensure the changes are implemented in accordance with an agreed plan.

* Through excellent engagement with the Business and HR Business Partner, to land the change safely within the business and support them to embed it successfully, maximising their opportunity to successfully realise their benefits.

* A key measure being the successful adoption of business change and the subsequent realisation of the business benefits by the business.

* Report on progress to lead People Change Manager or Programme Manager (as appropriate) ensuring appropriate governance is in place throughout the project life cycle

Knowledge and Skills

* Stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills at all levels throughout a business
* Responsible for previous successful implementation of people change projects
* People change/HR management experience
* Planning, issues resolution and risk management skills
* Project management skills
* CIPD or relevant qualification
* Driving for results
