Commercial Manager
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team based in Kings Cross, London. This contract role has a duration of 6 months.
The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility to ensure that our clients adhere to the provisions of their complex agreement and is responsible for the management of the contract, its modification and interpretation (if account based/specific).
The Commercial/Contracts Manager also assesses contractual and commercial risk and provides appropriate advice to account leadership and our clients business management as appropriate.
The Commercial/Contracts Manager has responsibility for a major account or a number of accounts/sector, or is involved in major bids.
