Position: Senior HR Advisor
Job type: Contract, 6 months initially

The Job:
- To provide HR Business Partner Support by supporting the development and delivery of our clients project
Key Responsibility Areas
- Lead on our clients project on behalf of Human resources
- Lead on Management by Key Stage on behalf of Human resources
- Support the planning team in embedding change to improve performance
- Lead the organisation design and change activity for the programme
- Development of the organisation development plan
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge
- Experience leading of leading complex design and development projects and ensuring they align to business demands
- Organising development skills with specific focus on team dynamics and leadership
- Understanding end to end business resourcing processes
