1st - 3rd line Infrastructure Engineer.* Immediate Hire* Windows Server 2012, VMWare, Avaya, HP stack, Citrix, Ayava, Citrix Xenapp,
International Media Provider is looking for Infrastructure Support Engineer to come on board and within 1- 4 weeks. You will sign for 6 month but the contract can have limitless extensions.
This role is based in Paris - preference will be given to French speaking candidates.
The Role:
- Resolve issues escalated by Second Line support
- Provide support to the Company's cloud infrastructures and maintain high availability through proactive measures, advanced troubleshooting and proactive administration
- Resolve complex technical issues across multiple technology disciplines, liaising with other Technical Team members as appropriate
- Ensure adherence to the Company ITIL Service Management policies and procedures
Necessary Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix XenApp
- knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
- Knowledge of VMware
- Knowledge of HP STACK
- Experience with Storage area networks
- Knowledge of SQL Server Administration
