Team Leader - HR Shared Services - Rewards - Mobility
Our client, a leading Asset Management firm, is looking for a HR Team Leader to join their Shared Services function on a 12 month contract basis in Edinburgh to support the Reward and Mobility team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of 5 Analysts
- Stakeholder engagement and management including liaising with Heads of Reward and Global Mobility
- Responsible for maintaining Vendor relationships
- Implementing change within the organisation
Experience:
- Working knowledge and experience of Benefits and Global Mobility
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Extensive change management experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR Systems
