Desk Side Support, part time position
Location - Bellingham, WA
Schedule - Every Saturday and Sunday; 8.0 hrs shift each day
Hours - 8am to 5pm
Requirements: A+ Certification is required
General Scope:
- PC Desktop maintenance and upgrades
- Laptop maintenance and upgrades
- Network protocols
- Anti-Virus upgrades and maintenance
- On site hardware and software assistance
- Server rack and equipment hands on
- Printer support - installation and configure; troubleshoot
- Router and Switch installation and maintenance
- Application protocols including HTTP, SMTP, DNS, FTP
- Tools such as VMware, Xen or Hyper-V virtualization
- Active Directory
- VOIP Support
- Exchange
- SQL Server
