Junior Voice and Network Engineer (x2)
January Start Contract - 2/3 months initially plus possible extensions
You must have your own transport to travel to sites for several cutovers in a day.
Our client is one of Australia's growing ICT services and solutions providers, spanning infrastructure services, managed services and information management.
This role may lead to additional work for the right resource.
The purpose of this role is to ensure our client(s) receive expert technical delivery to upgrade all aspects of their internal and external networks during cutover and implementation.
This is a role for a Junior (voice and routing/switching) Engineer with a minimum of 2/3 years Cisco experience.
You will have strong skills covering Routing & Switching and Voice.
Specific skills:
Cisco routing and switching - ESSENTIAL
Cisco Voice - ESSENTIAL
The ideal candidate will have:
Cisco certification (CCNP/CCDP/CCVP at a minimum)
2/3 + years solid Network Engineer experience
Excellent troubleshooting experience and break/fix ability
Excellent written and verbal skills are mandatory
Systems Integrator/Managed Services type background highly regarded.
