We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a Quality Manager to join their project in France.Position Title: Quality Manager
Position Type: CONTRACT
Start Date: March 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Bordeaux or Paris/North of France

Responsibilities:
- Quality control on-site (focus on subcontractor qualifications and EHS management) for MW, Radio, AN and Datacom Projects.
- Define the Site quality standard (work with project PM).
- Technical Support for partners and I&C subcontractor through installation.
- Interface with the customer, can manage workshops to define customer’s needs and implement. procedures, define engineering document.
- Check partner’s installation quality, and ensures the quality of site installation meet standard.
- Site Quality Check Report and Reports on the conduct of the activities.
- Validation of Site survey report and installation report including KPI definition and follow up.
- Organize Pilot Validation.
- Site installation & EHS audits.
- Subcontractor Performance evaluation.
- Manage project documentation.
- Customer meetings.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- May need to travel on French territory (in that case, a valid driving license is mandatory as applicable for intervention on site with car transport)
- B2V/BR Electrical enabling is mandatory
- Able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
- Fluent French and English
