Field Services expert - 4 month contract - Hong Kong/China
My international client's Workforce Management System is currently using an inefficient manual scheduling mode and they are aware there is a huge gap against the industry's leading industry benchmark.
To develop the intelligent scheduling module of WFM tools, my client is seeking a Field Services expert who is familiar with field maintenance operation processes and has experience in project managing large FM projects. The candidate will also be familiar with workforce management tools such as Click, TOA, etc and will be assisting in the development of FM (Field maintenance) business rules and supporting WFM tools development:
- Operation & maintenance model design
Design FM delivery organization structure, Design FM delivery process, etc.
- Work order and skills classification
- Design FM work order and skills classification, supporting intelligent scheduling & dispatching module development.
- Intelligent Scheduling & Dispatching
Design intelligent scheduling & dispatching rules, supporting WFM tools development.
- KPI management
- Design KPI of FM service, design FM operation dashboard, etc.
