Lead Generation Specialist /Inside Sales Representative

Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Toronto, Denologix is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist.

This is a 1 year contract with possibility of extension and becoming full-time permanent.

As the Lead Generation Specialist/Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, able to identify and develop new business prospects from sources such as inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, telephone prospecting, discovery and individual research. An outgoing personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business via telephone, email and social media to introduce Denologix solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to qualify potential prospects for discovery call with Sales Manager
  • Determine prospects' pain points to determine how Denologix solutions will help solve those needs.
  • Identify key individuals within target companies to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the sales management team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with coldcalling, prospecting and business development a must
  • Previous experience with inbound marketing, outbound calls as well as social media business development
  • Previous IT industry experience selling solutions & services
  • 1-5 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet & exceed sales quota
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Lead Generation field preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
