Business Support Administrator
Rate: £150 - £180 pd
Duration - 6 months
Location - London
Start Date - ASAP
My client, a leading Investment bank are looking for a business support administrator to be based in their London office. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to Project or Programme management processes and controls.
They will be required to:
- Consolidate weekly project reports and follow up on any exceptions
- RAID Management; ensure workstream risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are logged to required quality and are being maintained in line with the reporting cycles.
- Meetings - facilitation of meetings, room booking, calendar management, action and decision logging.
- Document Creation and Control - provide support maintaining the programme document flow, updates and sign offs, resources and external parties through a file share system
- Provide end to end onboarding of new resources eg building pass, phone, accounts
- Maintenance of the Resource Tracker for the Programme eg location, resource type, team
- Provide ad hoc support across the programme
Essential Experience
- Skilled in the use of MS Office suite
- Basic knowledge/experience of the project, programme and portfolio management methodologies, processes, procedures and tools
- Proactive and self starter with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and team working
- Tenacity and focus on delivery
- Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple programme/project managers across a number of locations
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with a wide variety of people at all levels across the organisation
