Description
- Minimum of (1 year Ericsson LTE Post Launch optimization experience or 2 years non Ericsson LTE experience) and 5 years RF optimization experience in general
- Experience on L12 software release or newer (If Ericsson LTE Experience)
- WCDMA/3G optimization knowledge is a plus
- KPI Optimization, tuning and monitoring.
- Feature knowledge and feature optimization experience.
- Optimization troubleshooting skills
- Excellent knowledge in Cell traces and UE traces.
- Excellent hands on for post dive test tool like: TEMS Inv, TEMS Discovery, Actix Analyzer/Spotlight.
- Tools experience in: Business Object, Pro-Optima, ITK, Mapinfo, Atoll, OSS-RC/citirix/moshell,
- Good moshell command handling.
- Solid LTE/SAE theoritical and practical knowledge.
