Description
Supports and coordinates local and state media relations efforts.Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Promotes the company brand, network, reputation and innovation efforts with both consumer and business media.
2) Assists local leadership with media relations for marketing and sponsorship activities and provides strategic counsel on managing the company's brand and reputation.
3) Develops and maintains strong relationships with all types of local and state media outlets, including print, broadcast, online and social media.
4) Executive speech writing; pitching stories and securing positive coverage; writing and editing news releases and speeches; and responding to and developing answers to media inquiries.
