Our mid-sized agency is migrating from an all-in-house web development team to a team that includes remote freelancers. Our primary reason for this fundamental change in philosophy after over a decade in business is to seek more talented designers and developers outside of our immediate region. The agency works with clientele all over the United States but primarily (85%) on the East Coast. Clients range from local companies to Fortune 500 companies so candidates have the opportunity to work on a broad range and scale of projects. We are hoping to find a small pool of freelancers that we can work with consistently and develop relationships with these individuals so that they become a true extension of our in-house team. IDEAL CANDIDATES

Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop

Intermediate to advanced skills designing and developing WordPress themes from scratch – or working from a framework such as Bootstrap or starter theme such as Underscores

Experience with RWD

Should be able to design and develop a website without additional personnel (all content, sitemap and direction would be provided from our Senior Web Director on staff). Ideally we want professionals that can design and code

Minimum of 2 years working as a professional designer/developer

Must have previous remote experience, preferably with references upon request

Goal driven with a “Get-It-Done” attitude

Excellent time management skills

Enjoys working with a broad range of clientele
