The role will be remote - but you would be required to be based in Europe.
The overall objective of the function is to design Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Automation solutions that meet customer and market expectations, promote revenue development, support marketing efforts internally and externally, and ensure international solution development.
Job Description:
- Functional specification of AP and AR Automation services within the e-invoicing offer.
- Analysis of competitive offers and market trends.
- Collecting functional expectations from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Designing user journeys and user interfaces within offers.
- Industrialization of the solution to facilitate deployment, operation, and maintenance.
- Functional validation of developments by R&D teams.
- Managing the life cycle of offers from design to decommissioning.
- Marketing of offers.
- Support for pilot customers in adopting the solution.
- Assisting Professional Services teams in implementing the solution.
- Supporting sales teams on specific files.
- Designing training materials and facilitating initial sessions.
- Designing marketing materials such as product documentation and functional content.
- Configuring the solution for demonstration purposes.
- Promoting the solution through various channels like webinars, articles, social networks, etc.
You must have the following:
- Higher diploma of Bac+3 or more.
- At least 5 years of experience with a competitor or customer using AP Automation and e-invoicing solutions.
- Essential: Accounting and financial knowledge, digitalization of processes (P2P, O2C), e-invoicing market understanding, compliance, OCR, archiving, automatic reconciliation, workflow approval, analytics, etc.
- Plus: Knowledge of related markets such as pre-accounting, payment, financing, EDI, API, Artificial Intelligence, RPA, etc
- Experience using solutions like Confluence, Jira, Aha, Big Picture, Agile development methods.
