Required Skills:
MUST: University degree (diploma, master or equivalent) as a (business) computer scientist, (Industrial) engineer or comparable.
MUST: At least a project in the context of digital product development using agile approaches based on the methods described in lot 1, ideally focusing on digital platforms (one or more projects can be traced in the CV)
MUST: At least two projects in the context of user-centric product innovation in a corporate environment with complex stakeholder structures (two or more projects are in the CV)
MUST: At least one year of experience with tendering/procurement projects regarding external suppliers with a complex stakeholder and interface structure (one or more years of corresponding experience can be traced in the CV)
MUST: At least three projects with the development of IT roadmaps, IT architectures and/or IT delivery models (three or more projects can be traced in the CV)
MUST: At least eight years of experience in management consulting in a large corporation as well as specialist knowledge (to be proven through references) in two of the fields of action described in Lot 1 (e.g. conception
of digital products or services, application landscapes, IT architecture, professional and technical conception, etc.) (At least eight years of relevant experience can be documented in the CV)
MUST: At least six years of experience in project and stakeholder management in a corporate environment, ideally with the involvement of various organizational units or companies (at least six years of relevant experience can be documented in the CV)
MUST: At least three years of experience in software development and/or software design in an industrial context (at least three years of corresponding professional experience can be documented in the CV)
MUST: At least three certifications regarding agile procedures according to SCRUM, SAFe or comparable (e.g. SCRUM Master, SAFe Product Owner) (Three or more agile certifications can be proven)
DESIGNED: Additional university degree with an explicit business focus (e.g. MBA) (degree can be traced on the CV)
SHOULD: Sound experience with customer journeys, customer experience or design thinking (experience can be traced in the CV)
