Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable,
green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and
locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge
of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Main tasks:
• developing technical solutions during the design phase;
• drawing up budgets;
• provide input in drawing up the planning and the scenario of the works of the project + of all
projects mutually;
• coordinating and following up the architectural plans in the context of permit applications;
• managing, coordinating and following up on the implementation studies, i.e. the stability
studies of the architectural structures and having the plans drawn up;
• managing and monitoring external study partners;
• drawing up the special technical specifications and price list for contracting the contractors;
• provide technical support to the project leader and Civil Engineering site supervisor during
the implementation phase;
• ultimately responsible for the quality of the architectural studies.
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French
• preferably has an Engineering degree in Construction or equivalent.
• Attaches great importance to quality.
• is well organised, flexible and willing to work in a team.
• has a strong affinity for architectural techniques, soil mechanics and notions of stability
calculations.
• is able to work on several projects at the same time.
